1. Terms of Use of the "Tammu U'Rau" Site

   The terms of use of this site are written in masculine form, but the contents of this site refer to both men and women.

     The "Tammu U'Rau" website ("the site") – a site that contains Torah lessons from Rabbi Boaz Shalom and other rabbis – and you are invited to take part in it, subject to your agreement to the terms of use set out below

     In addition, the use of this site with all its contents and services, downloads of files, media such as pictures and videos and the various content offered to the visitors may change from time to time or depending on the type of content.

     The management of the site reserves the right to update the terms of use presented below from time to time without notice or special mention on the various channels of the site.

     The site, as well as all the information contained therein, including the site design, site code, media files including graphics, videos, images, texts, files offered for download and any other material displayed on the site belong to the site and constitute exclusive intellectual property of the " Use them without prior written permission from the Taste and See website.

תנאים להורדת קבצים מאתר 'טעמו וראו' ושימוש בהם

אתר 'טעמו וראו' מתיר ומאפשר להוריד קבצים, שיעורים, סרטים, קבצי זיפ או ראר [למעט תמונות וגרפיקה] ולעשות בהם שימוש לצורך הפרט או הכלל. להפיץ את השיעורים בכל מדיה אחרת, כדוגמת יוטיוב וכדו' בתנאי שיצוין בבירור שהמקור של השיעורים מהאתר 'טעמו וראו'. ובתנאי שיתווסף קישור ישיר  לאתר 'טעמו וראו'.

כל ההיתר הנ"ל הינו בתנאי שייעשה בדברים שימוש חיובי – לזיכוי היחיד או הרבים, ולא לשם כל מטרה אחרת.

כמו כן אין היתר לסחור בשיעורים   של הרב בועז שלום שליט"א [או בכל חומר אחר  הנמצא באתר]  או לדרוש תשלום בעבורם. כל ההיתר הוא על מנת להפיץ ולזכות את הרבים בחינם.

מותר להוריד את השיעורים למחשב, או לסמארטפון, וכן להעלותם למדיות כגון דיסקים, מיקרו-אסדי, דיסק אונקי ודומיהם. מותר אף להפיץ את השיעורים במדיות אלו.

ההיתר הוא להפיץ את השיעורים והסרטים כמות שהם, ללא עריכה או שינוי, תוך נתינת קרדיט לאתר עם קישור, כאמור.
